Do I need to download anything to start?+
No. The full app runs right in your browser — plan workouts, track your score, and use the calculators with no install. Native iOS and Android apps sync the same account for logging in the gym.
What is the daily score, exactly?+
It's a single 0–100 number that rolls up your whole day — training, protein, water, sleep, steps and any rituals you set. Hit 80 and you've earned a Peak Day. It turns being consistent into something you can see and beat.
Is it good for beginners?+
Yes. Onboarding asks your level and goal, then hands you a proven beginner program. The coach explains every lift and tells you exactly what weight to use. Advanced lifters can build fully custom programs instead.
Will it work with my gym’s equipment?+
Toggle the gear your gym actually has — or set up a home kit — and your plan adapts. Switch barbell movements to dumbbells, machines, or bodyweight in a tap.
Does the AI Coach really see my data?+
