A workout tracker that runs in your browser.
Nishaana (nishāna) means target. Plan, log and see the next load in one place — on a laptop at the desk or a phone at the rack.
Why we built it
Every serious lifter ends up juggling a logging app, a macro tracker, a notes file and a spreadsheet — and still guesses what weight to put on the bar. Meanwhile the best tools stay locked behind an app store. We thought the whole thing should be one system, open in the browser you already have, that tells you the exact next move and proves you are getting stronger.
So that is what we are building: a web-first operating system for training. The product is the content — the calculators, the programs, the exercise library and the logger are all right here on the web, free to use, and they sync into one account that follows you to the gym.
What we believe
The full app lives in your browser — no app store wall between you and getting started.
Progress is a number, not a feeling. We replace guesswork with the exact next move.
Training, nutrition, recovery and consistency belong in one place — not five apps and a spreadsheet.
Early users shape what we build. The roadmap is a conversation, not a secret.
Who's behind it
Nishaana is built by Ritik Namdev. I lift, I log, and I ship the product. There is no anonymous coaching board and no invented PhD reviewer. If a page cites a paper, the citation is real. If a number is on this site, it should be something we can show you.
We are early. The web tracker and the calculators are the product today. Native App Store and Play Store apps are on the roadmap.
