An nSuns app for high-volume 5/3/1
Nishaana works as a nsuns app: you can run nSuns 5/3/1 LP with nine sets on the main lift and eight on the secondary, free in any browser.
How it works
How it works in Nishaana
1
Set your numbers
Work out your training max with the free nSuns generator.
2
Load nSuns
Open the program in Nishaana with each day pre-filled.
3
Log every set
Record all nine main-lift sets, including the AMRAP.
What you get free
- The nSuns 5/3/1 LP program, pre-filled day by day
- Set and rep logging with last-session numbers
- Progression suggestions
- Strong and Hevy import
Who it is not for
Nishaana does not raise your training max from AMRAP results automatically. Nishaana logs the sets and its progression engine moves the load session to session; it does not calculate training-max percentages, so use the free calculator to set your numbers.
FAQ
Common questions
Does it change my training max from the AMRAP?
