What is Circuit Training?

Circuit training is a workout format that moves through a sequence of exercises — such as squats, push-ups, rows, and jumping jacks — at different stations with minimal rest between them, combining resistance and aerobic demands to build strength and cardiorespiratory fitness in less time.

What is Circuit Training?

How it works
