Your training data is yours. We use it to run the product and show you your progress — nothing else. We do not sell your personal data, and progress photos are private to your account. This page explains the detail.

What we collect

Training data you log (workouts, sets, nutrition, body metrics, habits).

Basic usage and device data to keep the service reliable and secure.

Anything you choose to upload, such as progress photos, which are stored privately.

How we use it

To provide the product — log your training, calculate your progress, and power features like auto-progression and your daily score.

To communicate with you about your account and, if you opt in, product updates.

To improve the service using aggregated, de-identified analytics.

What we never do

We never sell your personal data.

We never use your progress photos for anything other than showing them to you; they are private to your account and not used to train models.

We never share identifiable health data with advertisers.

Storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Private media such as progress photos is stored in access-controlled object storage. We retain your data while your account is active; you can export or delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can access, export and delete your data from your account settings, and request the same by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.
