Do I need to download an app?

No. Nishaana runs entirely in your browser — sign up and start logging in seconds. You can also install it as a desktop or phone app, and there are native iOS and Android apps that share the same account.

Can I import my history from Strong, Hevy or a spreadsheet?

Yes. The importer brings your exercises, workouts and personal records over from Strong, Hevy, JEFIT, Fitbod or a spreadsheet, usually in under two minutes.

How does the daily score work?
