The Nishaana community is opt-in motivation, not a social feed — shared routines, strength-based leaderboards, group challenges and PR cards that reward showing up. You train alongside people on the same path and turn consistency into something you can see, without the noise or comparison spiral.

Challenges & leaderboards

Showing up becomes a game.

Motivation fades; systems don't. Join a challenge, climb a board built on real strength, and let the group do what a quiet gym can't — give you a reason to come back on the days you'd rather not.

  • Ranked on strength, not noiseBoards use your real lifts and relative strength, by lift and class.
  • Time-boxed group challengesA 30-day squat block or volume push — join, track, finish together.
  • Progress updates itselfLog a set and your rank and challenge bar move — no extra steps.

Routines & PR cards

Borrow what works, share your wins.

The best routine is one someone already proved out. Clone a working plan into your own in a tap, then when you hit a record, get a clean PR card with the numbers — keep it, or share it. Tasteful, never spammy.

  • One-tap routine cloneCopy a proven plan into yours and adjust the numbers — history stays safe.
  • Auto PR cardsBeat a record and a clean card is ready — share it or keep it private.
  • Cheers, not comment warsA quick nod when someone hits a milestone — encouragement, not noise.

Why it's different

Motivation without the noise.

Community is opt-in and strength-first — built to keep you consistent, not to keep you scrolling.

Opt-in by design

Community lives in its own space. No feed hijacking your workout, ever.

Strength-based ranks

Boards rank real lifts and relative strength — not follower counts.

Group challenges

Join a 30-day squat block or a volume push and track it together.

PR cards worth sharing

Hit a record and get a clean card with the numbers — share it or keep it.

Follow routines that work

Clone a proven routine into your own plan in one tap, then make it yours.

Cheers, not comments

A quick nod when someone hits a PR — encouragement, not a comment war.

How it works

Consistency, made visible.

01 Opt in when you want it

Community is its own space — join a challenge or a routine only when it helps, ignore it when it doesn’t.

02 Train with the group

Log your sets as normal and your challenge progress and board position update automatically.

03 Show up, climb, repeat

Streaks, ranks and PR cards turn consistency into something you can see — and a few people who notice.

FAQ

Community questions.

Is the Nishaana community a social feed?

No — and that’s deliberate. Community is opt-in motivation that lives in its own space: shared routines, strength leaderboards, challenges and PR cards. There’s no endless scrolling feed hijacking your workout. You engage when it helps you stay consistent and ignore it when it doesn’t.

How do the leaderboards work?

Leaderboards rank real strength, not popularity. They use your logged lifts and relative strength (load relative to bodyweight), broken out by exercise and weight class, so you’re measured against people on the same path — not follower counts.

What are challenges?

Challenges are time-boxed group goals — a 30-day squat block, a weekly volume push, a consistency streak. You join one, your logged workouts update your progress automatically, and you see how the group is tracking. They’re built to reward showing up, not to pressure you.

Can I share my routine or copy someone else’s?

Yes. You can publish a routine you’re running and let others clone it into their own plan in one tap, and you can copy proven routines from other lifters and adapt them to your numbers. Cloning never overwrites your history.

Is the community free?

Yes. Joining challenges, viewing leaderboards, sharing routines and earning PR cards are free in your browser. Pro adds deeper analytics and AI coaching, but the community itself is open to everyone.

Better with a few people who notice.
