Fitness challenges worth finishing.
A Nishaana challenge is a time-boxed group training block — a 100-rep session, a 30-day push-up plan, or 75 Hard. You join one, log your workouts as normal, and your progress updates automatically. Challenges reward showing up, then hand you a habit that outlasts them.
Pre-launch. Nishaana hasn't opened yet, so there's no live challenge data. Leaderboards and finisher counts fill with real results when the app launches. Try for free to be in the first cohort.
Three challenges to start with.
Each has a full page with the rules, a real training approach, and who it suits.
100-rep challenge
Hit 100 total reps of one lift in a single session — a simple volume test anyone can enter.
See the rules 30 days30-day push-up challenge
A real, progressive plan that builds from a starting test to a bigger push-up max in a month.
See the rules 75 days75 Hard
The full 75-day mental-toughness program, explained honestly — the rules, who it suits, the risks.

Choose a block that matches where you are — a one-session test, a 30-day plan, or a 75-day program. Read the rules first so you know exactly what you are committing to.
Track your sets in Nishaana the way you always would. Your challenge progress and streak update automatically from what you actually log — no separate check-in to remember.
A challenge is a start line, not the goal. When it ends you keep the routine, the streak and the strength you built. Roll straight into the next block or a full program.
Best if you need a reason to show up.
Beginners who need a start line
A clear, finite goal is easier to begin than "get in shape". A challenge gives you a first rep to chase.
Lifters in a rut
A time-boxed block breaks a stale routine and gives you a reason to show up on the days you would skip.
People who like a deadline
A fixed end date turns a vague intention into a countdown you can actually plan around.
Build the habit that lasts.
A challenge starts it; a program and the right tools keep it going.
Training programs
When a challenge ends, roll into a full program built to keep progressing.

What is a Nishaana challenge?
A Nishaana challenge is a time-boxed, group training goal — for example a 100-rep session, a 30-day push-up plan, or the 75 Hard program. You join it, log your workouts as usual, and your progress and streak update automatically. Challenges are built to reward showing up consistently, not to pressure you.
Are there real people on the leaderboards yet?
Not yet. Nishaana is pre-launch, so the leaderboards, member counts and finisher lists fill with real data once the app opens. Any rows shown on a challenge page today are clearly labelled examples of the format — never real names or numbers.
How do I enter a challenge?
Try for free now, and when the app opens you tap into any active challenge from the community tab and start logging. There is no fee and no separate sign-up per challenge — one free account gives you access to all of them.
Do I need equipment to take part?
It depends on the challenge. The 30-day push-up and 100-rep bodyweight variants need nothing but floor space; a 100-rep barbell challenge needs a loaded bar; 75 Hard needs a workout you choose plus a way to track diet and reading. Each page lists exactly what it requires.
Are challenges free?
Yes. Joining a challenge, tracking your progress and appearing on the board are free in your browser once the app is live. Pro adds deeper analytics and coaching, but the challenges themselves are open to everyone.
