Badges you actually earn.

Nishaana achievements are badges earned automatically from your real training — consistency streaks, strength PRs, volume totals and community milestones. There's nothing to claim or buy: you train, you log, and badges unlock the moment you hit a milestone, turning the quiet work of showing up into something you can see.

Pre-launch. No badges have been earned yet — Nishaana hasn't opened. The tiers below are examples of the system, not real achievements. Try for free and start earning yours in the first cohort.

What you can earn

Four ways to level up.

Example badge families showing how the system works. Real milestones unlock on your profile at launch.

Consistency

For showing up. Streaks and session counts that reward the boring, winning habit.

Strength

Volume

For the total work done. Tonnage and rep milestones that add up over months.

How it works

Train. Log. Unlock.

01Just train and log

Achievements are earned automatically from what you actually do. Log your workouts as normal — there's nothing extra to claim, tap or check in for.

02Hit a milestone, unlock a badge

When your logged data crosses a threshold — a 30-day streak, a new PR, a tonnage total — the matching badge unlocks on your profile the moment it happens.

03Chase the next tier

Each badge shows the next tier and how close you are, turning vague goals into a clear target. Consistency becomes something you can see stacking up.

Why it's different

Meaningful, not gamey.

Earned, never bought

Every badge comes from real logged training. There's no way to buy, gift or fake one — that's the whole point.

Reward the habit, not the hype

Streaks and consistency get as much weight as heavy PRs, because showing up is what actually drives progress.

Yours to keep or share

Badges live on your profile. Show them off, or keep them private — no leaderboard pressure, no comparison spiral.

FAQ

Achievement questions.

What are Nishaana achievements?

Achievements are badges you earn automatically from your real training data — consistency streaks, strength PRs, volume totals and community milestones. They turn the invisible work of showing up into visible, keepable markers of progress, and they can never be bought or faked because every one is tied to logged workouts.

How do I earn a badge?

You don't claim badges — you earn them by training and logging normally. When your logged data crosses a threshold (say a 30-day streak or your first bodyweight bench press), the matching badge unlocks on your profile at that moment. There's no separate task to complete.

Can I see which badges other people have?

Nishaana is pre-launch, so there's no live profile or badge data yet. The tiers shown on this page are examples of the system, not anyone's earned achievements. When the app opens, badges appear on real profiles and you choose what to share.

Do achievements cost anything?

No. Earning and displaying achievements is free in your browser. A free Nishaana account tracks your streaks, PRs and totals, and badges unlock automatically as you hit milestones — no purchase, no Pro requirement.

Do streaks reset if I miss a day?

Streak badges track consecutive training days, so a missed planned session ends that streak — but your earned badges stay on your profile permanently. Rest days that are part of your program don't break a streak; only skipped training days do.

Show up. Stack them up.
