How does the daily fitness score work?

Each day, Nishaana scores you 0–100 from four inputs: training (up to 40 points), nutrition (24), steps (14) and sleep (9), plus any custom habits you add. Most of it fills in automatically from your logged workouts and synced data, so one honest number tells you whether the day counted.

What counts as a streak?

A streak is the number of consecutive days you finish above your chosen goal score. Hit your goal today and the streak grows by one; the calendar fills in so you can see the chain you are building and the days you do not want to break.

What happens if I miss a day or take a rest day?

Rest is part of training, so a planned rest day still counts toward your score. For genuine off-days, you earn freeze days — streak insurance — that protect the chain so one missed day never wipes out a month of consistency.

Can I track my own custom habits?

Yes. Beyond training, nutrition, steps and sleep you can add your own habits — mobility, water, journaling, whatever matters — and choose how much each contributes to your daily score.

Does habit tracking actually help consistency?
