Nishaana is a browser-first sleep tracker that logs your duration, stages and consistency, scores every night 0–100, and feeds that into your daily readiness — because muscle is built while you sleep, on desktop and phone, no download.

Stages & consistency

Not just hours — quality.

Eight hours of broken sleep isn't eight hours of recovery. Nishaana breaks each night into deep, light and REM, then weights how consistent your bedtime is — because a regular schedule does more for strength than the occasional long lie-in.

  • Stage breakdownSee deep, light and REM — deep sleep is when most repair happens.
  • Consistency scoringA steady bedtime scores higher than a chaotic schedule that averages out.
  • 7-night trendWatch your duration and debt across the week, not just last night.

Sleep meets training

Last night shapes today.

Sleep only matters if it changes what you do. Your sleep score flows straight into the daily readiness score — so a rough night quietly tells Nishaana to ease today's targets, and a great one greenlights a PR attempt.

  • Feeds your readinessSleep is one of the three signals behind your daily readiness score.
  • Adjusts your dayPoor sleep eases targets; great sleep clears you to push the bar.
  • One timelineAnalytics lines up sleep, readiness and strength so the link is obvious.

Everything it tracks

Sleep, the whole picture.

Log by hand or sync a wearable — duration, stages, debt and the little habits that wreck a night.

Bedtime consistency

A steady schedule beats a long lie-in — it scores how regular your nights are.

Sleep debt

Rolling shortfall against your target so you can see when to bank an early night.

Wearable sync

Pull stages and duration from your watch — or log it by hand, your call.

Wind-down reminder

A nudge before your target bedtime so the late scroll does not eat your sleep.

Caffeine & note tags

Tag a late coffee or a bad night, then spot the pattern weeks later.

Works offline

Log a night with no signal — it saves locally and syncs when you reconnect.

How it works

From last night to today.

01 Log your night

Sync your watch or tap in when you went down and got up. Ten seconds with your coffee.

02 Read your score

A 0–100 sleep score blends duration, stages and consistency — so you know what kind of night it really was.

03 See it in your training

Last night feeds your readiness score, so a rough night quietly tells the app to ease off today.

FAQ

Sleep tracker questions.

How does sleep affect strength and muscle?

Most muscle repair and growth-hormone release happen during deep sleep, and short sleep cuts strength, power and recovery. Lifters who sleep 7–9 hours consistently train harder and adapt faster — which is why Nishaana treats sleep as a core training input.

How is the sleep score calculated?

The nightly 0–100 score blends three things: total duration against your target, the balance of deep, light and REM stages, and how consistent your bedtime is night to night. Consistency is weighted heavily because a regular schedule drives recovery.

Do I need a wearable to track sleep?

No. You can log bedtime and wake time by hand and still get a duration and consistency score. Connect a watch and it adds sleep stages and resting heart rate for a more detailed picture.

Does sleep tracking connect to my training?

Yes. Your sleep score feeds the daily readiness score in the recovery tracker, so a string of bad nights nudges the app to suggest lighter sessions or a deload before your lifts suffer.

Can I track sleep without downloading an app?

Yes — Nishaana runs entirely in your browser, so you can review last night on a laptop and log from your phone. You can also install it as a desktop or phone app on one account.
