Yes. The iPhone app is free, and logging workouts, your full history, programs and calculators are free forever. Pro adds deeper analytics, AI coaching and unlimited nutrition logging.

Does the iOS app use the same account as the web app?

Yes. One Nishaana account syncs in real time across the iPhone app, the web app, Android and Apple Watch. Plan a program in the browser and it is on your iPhone before you reach the gym.

Does it work with Apple Watch and Apple Health?

Yes. The app ships with an Apple Watch companion so you can log and start rest timers from your wrist, and it syncs workouts and bodyweight with Apple Health.

Which iPhones are supported?

The app supports iPhones running a recent version of iOS. If your device is too old for the native app, the Nishaana web app runs in Safari with the same account — no download needed.
